Last April, I joined forces and sold my business of 22 years to ebs Associates, Inc.  As many of you know, my intention was to create a succession plan, which would allow me to eventually retire with the knowledge that my clients would be well taken care of into the future.  ebs Associates, Inc. is the most accomplished, service-oriented QuickBooks consulting firm in the northwest, and I feel I have found a conduit to continue the level of service I have provided many of you for so long.

It is with great joy that I announce my retirement.  After a long and distinguished career, it is time for me to enjoy the fruits of my labor and pursue my dream to travel with my husband and perform volunteer work.  Deciding when to retire is never an easy decision, but knowing I am leaving you in the capable and willing hands of ebs Associates, it was not difficult for me.

The team at ebs Associates, Inc. will continue to be your resource for new QuickBooks products, consulting and training, and accounting services.  Without question, this was the best path I could have chosen to ensure that your businesses, which have meant so much to me over the years, would continue to receive the level of service, superior knowledge, experience, and expertise in which you have grown accustom.  I feel confident that you and your businesses are in the best possible hands.

Our Philosophy and Approach

SBA Services, Inc.’s goal is to make accounting “easy” for small and medium sized businesses. You’re good at what you do, and it probably isn’t accounting. But, as every small/medium business owner knows, without good financial information, you won’t stay in business long.

SBA Services, Inc. does NOT do accounting. We don’t do taxes. We teach business owners or staff to do the bookkeeping themselves – correctly. We believe it doesn’t have to be a hard, difficult task. Not that everyone will end up enjoying doing the bookkeeping; at least it will get done on a timely basis.

We offer training, both in the classroom and one-on-one in your place of business. We offer installation, customization, design, trouble and technical support for QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software programs. If there’s a way to do something, we’ll help you find the way. We take more of a business management approach than strictly accounting. Most of the time, there are things you (as the business owner) need to know about how your business is doing that your tax accountant (and the IRS) could care less about.
